YOUR SERVICE OR BUSINESS AS AN OFFICIAL VENDOR

PLEASE NOTE ALL VENDORS ARE REQUIRED TO HAVE THE FOLLOWING
1) A copy of your current event liability insurance policy specifically naming the Gunnison Car Club
as an additional insured party (this copy must be submitted no later than August 2)
2) Gunnison Sales Tax License (must be obtained in advance - $20.00) and
Sales Tax Return (to be filed after the show)
